Today the ITcare team turns 5
Today the ITcare team turns 5. We wanted to stop for a minute and look back at what actually happened along the way.
We became ISO 27001 certified and have passed every annual audit since. Our colleagues were recognized as Legendary Juniper Champions and ITcare reached Juniper Networks Select Partner status. We joined the Hewlett Packard Enterprise partner program and partnered with NetBox Labs on network automation and with Corero Network Security and FastNetMon on DDoS protection.
We represented ITcare at MWC Las Vegas, WISPAPALOOZA, Capacity Europe, Broadband Communities Summit, Connected Britain, the European Peering Forum, MPLS SRv6 AI Net World Congress / Upperside World Congress in Paris, multiple NOG meetings, and became part of the WISPA community along the way. Next stop: Stand I40 at Connected Britain, 9 and 10 September.
We built HORA, our AI network operations platform, for our own NOC first and only then for customers. It runs on-prem and has already been presented on stage in Paris.
We co-founded MDNOG, the Moldova Network Operators Group, together with Trabia. The first edition takes place on 8 and 9 October.
And last week Invest Moldova Agency included ITcare in the Top 25 Exporters from Moldova 2026. On a ranking dominated by wine and food producers, engineering found its place on the list.
We are proud of all of this, and we still have big ambitions and clear goals for what comes next.
None of it would have been possible without people. Thank you to the NOC engineers who resolve incidents at 3 a.m., to the architects who redesigned network cores with zero service interruption, to the developers who shipped HORA, and to every colleague who kept things running behind the scenes.
