STARTING 2026 STRONG WITH A NEXT GENERATION CORE NETWORK UPGRADE
2026 is starting strong for us, because we are kicking off a major core network upgrade for one of our customers, built on next generation routing platforms from Juniper Networks, specifically the MX304.
This project is not just a hardware refresh. It is a full core modernization that introduces 400G capable platforms, a redesigned architecture, and a controlled migration from legacy systems to a modern, high capacity infrastructure designed for scalability, resiliency, and long term growth.
The upgrade is delivered in multiple phases, because it includes the migration of the IP MPLS backbone, the integration of a new BNG solution, and the migration from an existing CG NAT platform. Each phase is carefully planned to ensure service continuity, predictable traffic behavior, and a clean transition between old and new environments.
From a technical perspective, this means revisiting routing design, MPLS services, traffic engineering, and subscriber management, while aligning everything with current best practices. The end goal is a core network that is easier to operate, easier to scale, and ready to support future bandwidth and service demands.
We are starting the year exactly how we like it, with complex engineering work, clean architectures, and projects that move networks forward rather than simply keeping them running.
