We are pleased to announce that ITcare has officially become an HPE partner within the Professional Services Center and Support Services Center programs.
This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver advanced technology services while building on Hewlett Packard Enterprise expertise, tools, and best practices. By joining these programs, we further expand our capabilities to design, implement, and support modern IT environments for our customers.
Through the HPE Professional Services Center, we will enhance our professional services capabilities by leveraging HPE intellectual property, rapid migration tools, and proven methodologies. This enables us to deliver end to end assessments, support workload placement decisions, and simplify application migrations across data center, private cloud, and networking environments. At the same time, the program provides access to training, best practices, and collaboration opportunities that allow us to deliver high quality services under our own brand across the HPE portfolio.
Our participation in the HPE Support Services Center also allows us to take a stronger role in managing the customer experience throughout the lifecycle of HPE solutions. We will deliver partner led Day 2 Support Services, helping customers operate and optimize their environments while benefiting from HPE guidance and expertise.
This milestone reinforces our commitment to providing modern infrastructure expertise, trusted advisory services, and reliable long term support for organizations that rely on HPE technologies.
