OUTSOURCED NOC EXISTS WHEN IT IS BUILT BY REAL ENGINEERS
“Outsourced NOC doesn’t exist.”
Recently, we came across a post on LinkedIn that said, “Outsourced NOC doesn’t exist.”
Many people in the telecom and ISP world believe that a truly functional and reliable outsourced NOC simply doesn’t exist. And honestly, I understand why.
Too many providers have turned “outsourced NOC” into a buzzword. They promise 24/7 monitoring but deliver little more than alert forwarding. Engineers are replaced by helpdesk layers reading from scripts instead of truly understanding networks. The result is frustration for the client and a damaged reputation for the entire concept.
But the truth is, outsourced NOC does exist – it’s just rare. To make it work, you need real engineers who think, not just follow procedures. You need a culture that values accountability, curiosity, and technical depth. A NOC should not only detect problems, but also prevent them, fix them, and improve systems over time.
At ITcare, that belief shaped everything we built. We are proud of the team we have today – people who love networking, enjoy solving problems, embrace automation, and never stop learning. Every engineer here treats each customer’s network as if it were their own. They share the same mindset, ideas, and goals that inspired our founders from the very beginning.
We have always believed that what makes a company truly great is the people it is built of. That principle has guided every decision, every hire, and every project we have delivered.
So when people say, “Outsourced NOC doesn’t exist,” we smile a little. They’re right about most of them – but wrong about the few that truly do.
We’re proud to prove it every day.
