A Three-Month NOC Trial: Why We Let You Walk Away

We do not ask anyone to sign a long-term contract on day one. Three months, and if we are not worth keeping, you walk away.

That sounds like a commercial gimmick until you consider what it actually costs us. Onboarding a network properly is expensive. Learning a topology, building the runbooks, tuning the alerting, understanding which alarms matter on that specific network. We absorb all of that before anyone has committed to anything.

We do it because it is the only honest way to sell something like this. You cannot evaluate a NOC from a slide deck. You find out what a NOC is worth at 3am on a Sunday, when something breaks and you see whether the person watching can actually fix it, or can only tell you it is broken.

Which is the other thing worth saying plainly. Our shifts are staffed with senior network engineers, not a service desk reading from a script. That difference does not show up in a proposal. It shows up in the incident that gets resolved in four minutes instead of escalated for four hours.

Anyone can claim that. Very few will let you test it with an exit door standing open.

So we made the trial the proof. Three months, real network, real incidents, our people on shift. Then you decide.

We treat every network like it is our own
