About the Event
Tech Women Summit 2024 took place on July 19, at the Software Mind terrace, bringing together technology professionals in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere. Each year, the event creates a platform for discussion and networking for everyone passionate about technology.
Its main goal is to encourage, motivate, and inspire women to pursue careers in this field and to support them in overcoming challenges in order to grow professionally.

One of the central themes of this year’s edition was stereotypes in IT, which many of us have faced at least once in our careers. The conversations provided valuable insights on how to overcome these barriers and highlighted the importance of fostering a more inclusive and supportive tech industry.
