Webdock is a European cloud hosting provider, and for the past years ITcare has been behind their network operations: engineering, monitoring, and the unglamorous daily work of keeping infrastructure boring.
We asked their CEO, Arni Johannesson, to talk about that partnership on camera. Not a scripted endorsement. A conversation about what actually matters when you hand over network operations: what he expected, what surprised him, and what he would tell another CEO considering the same decision.
