Corero Network Security

Corero Network Security builds real-time, always-on DDoS protection. Its SmartWall ONE™ platform inspects every packet at line rate from Layer 3 to Layer 7, detecting attacks in seconds and mitigating them automatically, with no traffic diversion and no waiting on a human. Built for the attack volumes that ISPs and data centers actually face.

ITcare is an official Corero partner, authorized to resell Corero SmartWall ONE. We design, deploy, integrate, and support it in production networks, wiring it into your edge routers and mitigation paths, and we stand behind the deployments we build

About Corero

What SmartWall ONE does

SmartWall ONE watches your traffic in real time and acts the moment an attack starts, fast enough to matter at provider scale.

Always-On, Real-Time Mitigation

Line-rate packet inspection from Layer 3 to Layer 7, detecting and blocking attacks in seconds with no traffic diversion delay.

Router-Integrated Scale

Uses edge router silicon as the enforcement point, scaling to multiple terabits inline. For attacks that would saturate your upstream transit before reaching the edge, traffic diverts to scrubbing, so each tier handles what it does best.

Built for Modern Attacks

Stops pulse-wave, carpet-bombing, spread-spectrum, IoT botnet, and encrypted Layer 7 attacks that traditional detect-and-divert architectures miss.

Multi-Tier by Design

Edge mitigation on router silicon blocks the majority of attacks inline, with no diversion and sub-second response. For the largest volumetric floods, traffic is diverted to scrubbing capacity that absorbs what the edge cannot. We architect both tiers to work together, routine attacks stay local, only the overflow goes upstream.

FAQ

Just ask

Here are answers to common questions about deploying and running Corero with ITcare:

Yes. We resell SmartWall ONE licensing and appliances, and our engineers size, deploy, integrate, and automate it within your mitigation pipeline.

On supported edge routers such as Juniper MX or PTX, AristaCisco or Nokia, SmartWall ONE uses router silicon as the enforcement point, scaling to multiple terabits inline. For volumetric attacks beyond that capacity, we add a scrubbing tier via BGP-signaled diversion. We design and deploy both.

Yes. Our NOC runs and monitors the SmartWall ONE deployments we build, tuning policy and responding to attacks around the clock.

Edge mitigation on router silicon stops attacks inline up to the capacity of your edge and links. For volumetric floods that would saturate your upstream transit before reaching the edge, we design a second tier: BGP-signaled diversion to scrubbing that absorbs the overflow. Edge handles speed and the common case, scrubbing handles the largest volumetric events, and we architect both to work together.
