What are the biggest technical challenges you’ve faced within the NOC team, and how did you overcome them?
“Handling unexpected system failures during peak hours was one of the major challenges. I overcame it by staying calm, analyzing logs quickly, and coordinating with the relevant teams.”
How have you evolved technically since joining the NOC team?
“I’ve gained experience with various network vendors, operating systems, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting complex issues, all of which have significantly improved my problem-solving skills.”
What technical achievements bring you the most satisfaction?
“Successfully implementing automated monitoring systems that reduced response times and troubleshooting critical outages under pressure, ensuring system stability.”
