At ITcare the team is always at the heart of everything we do and we’re not just talking about projects!
Beyond the technical challenges and ambitious goals we achieve together, we strongly believe that a united and motivated team is built through meaningful activities outside of day-to-day tasks.
Last week was no exception. Just like every last Friday of the month, we held our internal team session where we openly discussed recent successes, lessons learned, company updates, and celebrated outstanding team member achievements.
And throughout the month, we connect outside of work as well:
